For the past few days, I’m starting to feel the San Diego summer. It’s our family’s first Summer experience here in San Diego & I’m sure my kids will feel the difference compare to the previous summers we had in Arizona.

Anyway, every summer it’s indeed a BBQ season for our family too. Since June kicked off, I started to stock up on marinade & BBQ sauce. As the summer starts, stores are starting to put these BBQ items on sale as well.

As I was on my Summer Stock-up shopping trips, I noticed 1 flier in my local grocery store – outdoor electric grills. I was like, “What?! Are you kidding me?”

I got curious on how it look likes & I have to admit that they’re look more neat than the old ones with the gas tank. What you think?

Last week, I had my workshop on these wholesale shoppers. I called their group wholesale shoppers, because they prefer to pay an annual membership fee on wholesale stores to get the items they need in a “good” price. They thought visiting wholesale store will give them more savings. I disagreed & showed my proofs.

When they’re totally convinced of adapting coupons in their grocery shopping one guest asked me about insurance. Well, 1 wholesale store is not just selling grocery/home items but also insurance.

I told them about the auto insurance we’re currently having & how we came up on paying a lot lesser than the ones they have now on the wholesale store.

I mentioned to them that they can simply check their possible insurance thru online. There are many companies now who offer FREE online insurance quotes. In that way, you’ll be able to do price comparison a lot easier.

I’m on search of a give-away item for my other blog’s contests & workshops. I was thinking that keychain would be a nice one to give out on savvy shoppers. Why? Most of the stores right now have this store cards in regular card size & 2 in keychain size.

I bet this keychain will surely help my fellow “couponers” to keep our store cards handy & organized.

Important things I need to consider in my search for promo keychains are the price & a nice shape that will work perfectly on my logo. Oh by the way, speaking of logo I really need to change my Gorgeous Mommy Logo. I want something that’s original & reflects my personality. So may things to do for my marketing.

When we were still in Arizona, we used to travel a lot in Arizona. The kids got used to long drive that now we’re starting to miss it.

My husband & I have been thinking of Vegas soon but his schedule is not that stable as it is.

Last night he told me that we might travel after his deployment and that’s around 7 months.

Then this afternoon, I thought of trying a long drive alone with the kids. Will I survive?

I tried to search the net for mom bloggers that could possibly discussed adventure of road trips with kids. I’m wondering if I need to learn more other than pack of snacks, extra clothes & toys.

What about travel emergency? Have you been considering this every time you travel on the road.

With so much going on, I might just enjoy San Diego with my kids while Hubby is working.

Just last week I changed my skin line items again. I’ve been having a lot of pimples lately due to staying up late & so much stress in my dear husband’s new working schedule.

I know sleeping 8-hours straight will be helpful to my skin but I can’t get it. It’s night time that I for  chance to get some things done as my 2 kids are asleep & I have a little freedom.

I need acne treatments that will not require me to see a dermatologist that much. I’ve seen a lot of  dermatologist & it’s just gave me the same results. My goal is to find a perfect one that will help me to maintain my face & prevent on these pimples.

It’s been a while that I opened this blog. I got a lot of problems with my former hosting provider, so I packed my files & moved to a new one.

As you can see, even the lay out is not fully done yet. This motherhood life is getting tougher nowadays as my youngest one is entering into the “terrible 2” stage.

Now, I got a chance to open it & it seems things are now working fine.

I’m surprised that this blog is gaining a lot of traffic with a search engine term – Mesothelioma.

I wrote a post about this before when I learned about the asbestos-causing cancer.

Never thought that there are a lot of people searching more information about this.

It’s just nice to know that gained additional blog traffic by just simply learning about Mesothelioma.

It seems job opportunity is not that close to me these days and I have to admit that it’s pulling me down. Although I have to remind myself that California is still adjusting on the recession stage. Then my husband suggested I might want to check on going back to school. Or find any online course that will help my qualifications be more attractive in the attractive.

As I was searching the neat for courses, I decided to search for a book that will help to me pass any government licensure exam here. Then I bumped to this – lsat.

I saw various sites that offer lsat prep. I got curious what’s this lsat is all about. This is what I got;

This is what my lawyer friends in Philippines need to have. Some of them are considering working here in US & this information could give them idea on how things are being done here.

It’s really hard when you’re moving in a new place, in a new country. There are so many adjustments to make & even your own credentials will undergo new accreditation process.

I was updating my 2011 planner, funny huh? I got some friends & relatives getting married next year so I decided to plan ahead – as in way ahead.

I don’t want to be in the situation that I will just end up grabbing anything in the store for wedding gifts.

Whenever there’s a very special occasion in a family or close friends like weddings, I wanted a gift that has some personal touch on it – something special.

I knew how important this celebration is for them & for me it’s a privilege to be a part of it. So, a special event is directly proportional for special gift.

I had a glimpse of our neighbor’s living room. We have the same floor plan & I feel so jealous with her space. Their plasma mounts on the wall. My DH thought of just mounting ours too but then it was mention in housing orientation that we need to be careful in the walls.

If we just knew that it’s just fine to have a TV mounted on the wall, we just  skip purchasing our entertainment center. We even got a bigger space for our living room.

Unlike now, we need to keep our coffee table in the garage because we can’t move that much. Oh well, I’ll just find some other ways on how to turn our living room more spacious.

Have you heard about term life insurance?

It’s just kinda weird that its name starts with the word “term”.

I heard a group of mothers waiting in the school like me, talking about a website that provide term life insurance quote.

At first, I was thinking that its “time” not “term” that they’re trying to incorporate in that insurance discussion.

Until one mother, asked if its really “term”?

Sometimes, conversation among mothers is truly entertaining. It’s not because I’m a mother too but even when I was still single, I love chatting with my friends that have kids.
