It's taxpayers' money, OCTUMOM!

It was just yesterday that I was able to get the exact answer I have been looking for since Octumom hits the headline nadyasulemanspot.

People are talking about this because it’s the taxpayers’ money that Nadya is going to spend for this 14 kids which is not supposed to be. -  Oprah

She’s right! That’s the line I’ve been waiting for to hear since people keeps on talking about this single -jobless mother of 14 kids (8 are newborns).

Philippines Consular Outreach Program

Since 2 June 2008, the Philippine Embassy and Consulates General in the U.S. have been accepting and processing applications for Machine Readable Passports (MRP). This is in compliance with the requirements of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) for its member states, including the Philippines, to issue MRPs not later than 1 April 2010.

I posted here once about this new Philippines’ Machine Readable Passport and was absurd on its number requirement – applicant’s personal appearance. (more…)

What happen to Emirates' schedule?

I am on my schedule on posting the next month’s (March) Cabin Crew Global Assessment & Open Days of Emirates.

I was surprised that I didn’t find any schedule posted on EmiratesCareer.com and even the current month’s (February) schedule was deleted. What happen?

Our next "best-buy" gadget..

My birthday is just few weeks from now. My husband asked me if there’s a birthday wish list. Well, he’s not going to buy ipodthe whole of it. I know him; he will just pick one or two from the list.

Lucky him, I’m a person who don’t usually make list for birthdays or holidays. Although, I have some favorite gifts in mind but then I haven’t really make a list out of it. For me, I will appreciate it more if the person makes his/her own research on the stuffs I want to get on any special day. I love surprises & I wouldn’t mind if the gifts are cheap or expensive. Snow Storm in Arizona

Yesterday, Arizona was completely hit with storm. Some cities were just raining but others, especially in the Northern dsc02445area, snow was continuously falling.

We also experienced this storm last year during this period but not as bad as this year.

I woke this morning with snow in our backyard & front yard. We got up in bed around 7am, to start up on our regular Tuesday schedule. Since we saw thick snow in our backyard, I decided to call Yoanna’s school. Classes were cancelled as it was not really safe to drive on the road. (more…)

Unusual Experience in Prescott Downtown

I attended a baby shower the other day in Prescott. I really haven’t been in the downtown area of Prescott, especially deeron the residential area in the mountain. First of all, we only know one Fil-Am family who stays there & Fil-Am parties are not usually scheduled in their home. So, it was just really this baby shower that I was able to enjoy their country-style home.

Aida was showing to us the nice (more…)
