Scary Preview

Last March 14, we were in Las Vegas for my birthday celebration. On that Saturday night, I & my husband went out for dinner & fun night in the club. We just want to try the club in Las Vegas since when were both in Bahrain we always joined our friends on a weekend night out in a club.

We tried Tao Bar in Venetian Hotel. When we got there the line was super long, as in we thought of just ditching out the club idea. But then we insisted, joined the super long line of people. (more…)

Great Deals in time of Crisis

Lucky are those people who were great in “money-savings” because they’re enjoying the recession period. Why?

A lot of stores are closing down and real estate market are still on down side now, its perfect season for them to purchase the things they want in a great deal – low price.

Until now, a popular carpet/furniture store here in Prescott is under liquidation – all items must go! I visited the store & I am so amazed on how low they’re offering their fabulous items. (more…)

Am I really getting something in these blogs?

Yes!

When I became active in Facebook, I got to keep in touch again with my former high schoolmates, old friends & even relatives. Obviously, first thing they asked, “What are you doing now?”

It’s just funny that most of them are still surprised when finding someone who’s experiencing bucks through blogging.

Actually, this kind of thing will not reward you unless you’re really serious & willing to invest time especially on the blog’s first 3 months. That’s the stage wherein your site is making a market on the World Wide Web – stealing a spot. (more…)

Ladies…

Ladies, this post is dedicated for you. Excuse me gentlemen but this post is not suitable for you.

I was watching a documentary special about menopausal stage. It’s not that I’m dealing with it. I’m only on my very early 30s. It’s just that it caught my attention since my mother in undergoing on such stage. Or maybe she already had. And according to this special report, loved ones or people that surround this woman undergoing such thing should be supported. In order to give them the best support, we simply need to understand their situation. (more…)

The Speed Cameras..

Until now people here in Arizona are complaining with the speed cameras being installed along highways of Phoenix. This maybe annoying to others especially that they’re shouting their complains on the road. But if you will listen to them, you will notice that they have good points.

Well, on the other side these speed cameras are great help to control those drivers that doesn’t bother whether they’re travelling 15 miles more than the maximum speed limit. Usually, these people have too much confidence on the road & they usually say that car insurance is always there to punch up things. (more…)

Setting for San Diego…

This afternoon, I received a call from my husband & he told me that there’s already 90% assurance that we will be moving in San Diego, California by next year. Well, he has until January 2010 as a recruiter here in Arizona & we thought of having California on the next location.

For so many reasons, we find that California is the best state for us (so far )considering our relatives & possible job opportunities for me. While, we’re enjoying our few months here, I am working out now on taking my masters online. Taking Masters will give more options in terms of job. As we all know, recession here in USA is still on going & you can hear a lot of people loosing their jobs. (more…)

Octumom – Nadya Suleman, found her new BFF and its Dr. Phil!drphil

For people who are watching this journey of Nadya & her 14 kids, you’ll probably know that Nadya moved in her new house. Recently, she was able to bring home the 2 babies of the octuplets. As what expected, chaos was there when she brought the two babies home for the first time. Totally chaos!

Anyway, I got the chance to watch the replay of Dr.Phil’s episode with Nadya this morning. Although I’ve seen this episode but I missed some part of it. Actually most part of the shows. (more…)

My Scanner Fear

Have you tried paying your groceries on serve-yourself counter? It’s the check-out counter wherein there’s no cashier barcode-scannerpresent & it’s you who’s going to finish all the transactions. I’ve seen this in Wal-Mart, Safeway & even in Home Depot. It’s a weird feeling but its just lately that I’ve try that.

There were days that I purchase very few items in the grocery & I’m still going to fall in-line in the counter with a cashier even though the do-it-yourself counters were so free.

I really don’t have any idea on how I develop this fear in barcode scanner, although I’m a person who spends a lot of time in front of the computer. And this barcode scanner is just a very simple device. (more…)
