Another year has passed & I hope all of you guys have a wonderful Christmas & New Year celebration.

2009 was indeed a great year. Some great things & some “not so much” great things happened, though I hope that everyone learned a lot for another year life experience.

As for me, I truly learned a lot! 2009 was the year when this blog was often down because of hackers & spammers. Unfortunately my former hosting provider can’t do that much to protect this site.

When I decided to transfer in self-hosting, I heard 3ix was good & very economical. I took their dollar hosting package, but early part of 2009 when my site was always down, they told me to upgrade my plan. I then changed to $3 per month service. It was doing well at first but after weeks, hackers came & conquered my blog again.

I’m so disappointed with their service. Yes, they have a dollar plan but in exchange of that, they’ll give you a very costly problem.

Finally, my good friend Sherwin from Shannhosting was able to help me out with this very annoying problem. This blog was completely transferred to the new hosting provider before 2009 ended. It took me a while to update this since we’re on process of moving here in California.

Now, that holiday season is over & we’re getting back into normal life inspite of still having some “umpacking” stuffs going on, I’ll try to cope up & do updates more frequently.

At least now, I’m so confident that this blog is protected.
